Sergio comes to you — no charge, no obligation.
We come to your home, walk through the space you want to improve, and listen to what you've been imagining. No jargon, no pressure, no sales pitch. Just a real conversation with the builder who'll do the work. We'll give you honest advice on what's achievable, what council might require, and what it's likely to cost. You'll leave the conversation with a clearer picture — whether you decide to proceed with us or not.
Design & Quoting
A design built around your home, your life, and your budget.
Based on your brief, we develop a design that respects what your home already is and transforms it into what it needs to be. Not a cookie-cutter plan — a solution that's specific to your property and your family. You'll receive a detailed, transparent quote — line by line — so there's no ambiguity about what you're paying for before anything starts. We believe in fair pricing: not the cheapest in the market, but genuine value for the quality of work you'll receive.
Approvals & Permits
We handle the paperwork. You don't chase it.
Depending on your project, this may include council planning permit applications, building permits, and engineering certifications. We manage all of it on your behalf. You stay informed and you sign off on key documents, but you're not the one navigating Victorian Building Authority requirements or chasing building surveyors. That's our job — and we do it every day.
Construction
Sergio and the team get to work — and you know exactly what's happening.
Once permits are in hand, we get going. Sergio is on-site regularly, managing every trade directly. You'll receive regular updates — and if a decision needs to be made mid-build, Sergio is a phone call away. We work to the schedule we set before construction began. We clean up at the end of every single day. Living through a renovation is hard enough — we don't make it harder.
Handover
A walkthrough. A handover. The keys to your improved home.
As the build reaches completion, we walk through the finished project together — not just to sign things off, but to make sure you're genuinely happy with the result. Everything is cleaned, checked, and handed over with the documentation you need. Covered under domestic building insurance. If something isn't right, we fix it. That's the promise behind putting my name on every job.
What "On Time, On Budget" Actually Means
It doesn't mean never encountering challenges — any build on an existing home will surface the unexpected. What it means is that when challenges arise, I deal with them transparently: I tell you what's happened, what the options are, and what it means for your timeline and budget. No surprises at invoice time.
