Our Process

1. Design and Planning

Whether it’s a sketch on a cocktail napkin or full-blown architectural plans, some type of planning and design always comes first.
Ensure that you have funding for your renovation.
Draw up a simple “yes/no” list of do-it-yourself projects and projects you want professionals to do.

2. Unit developments

From concept to completion. Our initial consultation is free and helps determine viability and approximate cost of your proposed development. We design, obtain the appropriate documents for town planning and follow through to the approval stage. Once approval has been granted and a building permit issued, we commence the construction phase and follow it through to completion.

3. New Homes

Let us design and build your new home the way you want it. A no fuss easy design service that takes into account your budget and family requirements.

4. Extensions, renovation and bathrooms.

From full blown extensions and renovations to small bathroom reno’s. We do it all, no job is to big or small.

Ask about our budget bathroom reno from $10,000 dollars we can renovate your bathroom providing plumbing, electrical, vanity, shower base, tiles and taps. All work guaranteed. Conditions apply.

5. Our Tradesmen

• Our plumbers and electricians are fully licensed, insured and qualified. All electrical and plumbing work comes with a certificate of compliance.
• Demolition might be the first step. All demolition is done by professionals, asbestos and other foreign matter is removed safely and in accordance to Australian standards
• All our carpenters are fully qualified, with many years of experience. From pitching roofs and erecting truss roofs we have everything covered. Our framing is neat and accurate, no short cuts, no compromising on workmanship or material.

6. Insulation

Insulation is installed in accordance to the certified energy report and the Building Code of Australia

7. Plastering

Plasterers hang sheets, smooth off and let the compound dry. After drying, they sand it smooth. Sometimes, they will repeat the process until they achieve a seamless surface.

8. Flooring

Installing the flooring later in the construction process saves your flooring surface from significant damage. Qualified installers install to any surface, concrete slabs, yellow tongue floor etc. From Tasmanian oak to spotted gum we obtain a great durable finish.

9. Windows

We only supply quality Australian made windows from local manufactures. This guarantees quality of material and workmanship, whilst keeping jobs in Australia.

10. Fine Carpentry

Here’s where you introduce carpentry that doesn’t involve structural issues. Install baseboards, molding, trim around windows and doors, built-in elements (bookcases, breakfast nooks, etc.).

11. Interior Painting, Wallpaper, and Other Surface Finishes

Painting interior walls, hanging wallpaper, painting molding and trim, staining and sealing trim: all of these detail-oriented surface finishes should be the last items you do indoors.

12. Completion

On completion all relevant compliance certificates are obtained and issued to the surveyor for final approval, he will then issue the certificate of occupancy.
